Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The

Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including

sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate

should have strongcommunication skills, a good understanding of hiring strategies, and

the ability to build strongrelationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, referrals,

and skilled networks.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.




Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely

hiring.
Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(preferred).
Proven work experience as a Recruiter, HR Executive, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Robust organizational and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
