Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, daily accounting entries, cash handling, bank deposits, GST and TDS-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting entries in Tally.
Handle cash transactions and maintain daily cash records.
Prepare and maintain cash book and bank book.
Deposit cash/cheques into the company bank account as required.
Perform bank reconciliation and bank-related entries.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
Assist with TDS calculation, records and related documentation.
Maintain proper vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
Check bills, invoices and payment documents for accuracy.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records.




Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
Prepare basic daily/weekly accounting reports.
Support the senior accounts team in regular accounting activities.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant experience.
Positive practical knowledge of Tally.
Good knowledge of daily accounting entries.
Experience in cash handling and bank deposits.
Basic to valuable knowledge of GST and TDS work.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable numerical and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, cash handling, bank transactions, GST and TDS will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
