Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with the concerned department/site team.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview status.
Coordinate offer release, documentation, and candidate joining.
Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
Work closely with site teams and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Eligibility:
Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing/steel industry.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
