Boho Fest is looking for a confident, friendly and well-spoken Trainee to join our team and handle audience calling, lead follow-ups and customer engagement for Boho Fest 2026.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to registered users, leads and potential attendees.
Explain Boho Fest tickets, offers, registration and event details.
Follow up with interested leads and assist in ticket conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate event-related information.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the marketing and ticketing teams.
Collect audience feedback and communicate key insights to the team.

We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, confident personality.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Patient, persuasive and positive at building conversations.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced event setting.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is well-spoken, approachable, energetic and comfortable talking to new people every day. A pleasant conversational style and strong follow-up skills are a big plus.
