Job's Role Key Responsibilities:-
1- Recruitment Coordination Contact prospective candidates. Schedule interviews. Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment records and reports.
2- Documentation Verify customer and employee documents. Maintain policy-related records. Ensure accurate data entry in company systems. Keep confidential information secure.
3- Team Coordination Coordinate with Branch Manager, Recruitment Manager, Sales Managers, and Advisors. Share daily updates and meeting schedules. Assist in organizing training programs and branch events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
