We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, basic taxation, bookkeeping, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Verify invoices and ensure proper accounting documentation.
Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments and accounts-related queries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Prepare reports and statements as required by management.
Assist the senior accounts team during audits and other financial reviews.




Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferred.
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Tally / accounting software / ERP will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
