Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-savvy HR Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates, explaining our Paid Training + Internship Programs, handling queries, and supporting the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain available Paid IT Training + Internship Programs and their perks.
Understand candidates’ career interests and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain candidate records and update follow-up status regularly.
Coordinate with the training/HR team for the enrollment and onboarding process.
Handle candidate queries professionally and build a positive relationship.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly enrollment targets.
Maintain proper communication and follow-up with all prospective candidates.
Requirements:
Fresher with positive communication skills.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment processes.
Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
