Title: Junior HR Executive (Fresher) | 14k - 21k
The Reality: This is an entry-level execution and learning role. You will do the foundational admin work required to learn HR operations. We will train you.

What you'll actually do:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (Accuracy is your #1 job).
Assist in scheduling interviews and basic recruitment sourcing.
Draft basic communications and onboarding documents.
Learn how our team uses AI tools to speed up these manual tasks (We will teach you our stack).

What you need:
Excellent written and spoken English (Non-negotiable).
Google DOC knowledge (Spreadsheet/Doc).
A willingness to do the unglamorous, repetitive admin work required to actually learn HR.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
