Role Overview
The Home Loan Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, consultation, and loan processing while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a balance of telecalling, client engagement, and business development, with solid emphasis on achieving sales targets.
Key Skills & Abilities
Solid knowledge of home loan products, lending processes, and financial documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client eligibility and risk.
Proficiency in CRM systems and loan management tools.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
