Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telecaller with prior experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential buyers, introduce real estate properties, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold and warm calls to prospective clients to introduce real estate projects and properties.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial options.

Schedule site visits for potential buyers with the field sales team.

Maintain and update accurate client records and lead statuses in Microsoft Excel / CRM.

Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.

Meet and exceed monthly call targets and lead generation quotas.





Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales / telecalling is required.

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Robust active listening and negotiation abilities.

Compensation & Advantages:

Base Salary: ₹5,000 per month (Minimum)

Incentive Structure: High-earning commission potential ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,000,000+ per month based on performance and sales closure.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
