Jewellery Sales Executive – What the job involves
A Jewellery Sales Executive mainly works in a jewellery showroom and:
Welcomes customers and understands their requirements.
Shows gold, diamond, silver and gemstone jewellery.
Explains purity, hallmark/certification, making charges and pricing.
Helps customers select jewellery according to their budget and occasion.
Converts enquiries into sales and achieves monthly sales targets.
Does up-selling and cross-selling.
Handles billing and basic computer/POS work.
Maintains customer records and follows up for future purchases.
Handles enquiries regarding repairs, resizing, orders and after-sales service.
Helps maintain jewellery displays and stock
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
