Junior Barista – Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Operate espresso machine, grinder, and basic bar equipment.
Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Check and maintain stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies.
Follow standard recipes, quality, and food safety procedures.
Assist senior baristas in daily bar operations.
Handle POS/cash transactions when required.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
