Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in overall execution of civil construction projects.
Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities as per approved project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
Monitor civil works including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and external development, as applicable.
Track project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or bottlenecks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate material, manpower, machinery, and subcontractor requirements.
Monitor quantities, measurements, work orders, and contractor bills.
Assist in cost monitoring and control of project activities.
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and snag rectification.
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements.
Maintain project documentation,



site records, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
Identify project risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Participate in project review meetings and coordinate closure of action items.
Assist in project handover, completion documentation, and final measurements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Valuable understanding of RCC, finishing, quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera or similar tools.
Robust planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities.
Willingness to travel/work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
