Job Description
To check sample request through CRM and provide details to plant
Coordinate with plant to arrange samples at Head office.
Arrange dispatch of samples to customers.
Prepare sample dispatch documents. (Invoice, covering letters)
Coordinate with Courier agencies for sample pick-up and dispatch
Coordinate with customers for sample receipt confirmation
Maintain sample stock register, pending samples list and other details.
