About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our residential project in Bhiwadi. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong background in sales, business development, customer acquisition, and target achievement. Prior experience in real estate is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Identify and approach prospective customers through various sales channels.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain an updated database of prospects and customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and in a rapid-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, automobiles, FMCG, telecom, hospitality, education, consumer durables, or any target-driven sales role.
Strong local market knowledge of Bhiwadi and nearby areas will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
