Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities:
Own team revenue targets (current month + future pipeline) and ensure consistent achievement.
Monitor conversion ratios across the funnel (leads calls
bookings) to ensure no leads are lost.
Implement strategies / corrective actions plan discussed with the reporting manager to improve performance .
Personally intervene in high-value or critical leads to support closures.
Manage and lead a team of upto10 Call Centre agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance through structured planning and reviews.
Ensure high levels of team engagement, motivation, and accountability.
Act as the first point of escalation for team-related concerns and customer issues
Conduct regular call audits to assess quality, sales effectiveness, and adherence to brand standards.
Identify sales prospects, upselling/cross-selling triggers,
and improvement areas.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest/customer interactions.
Track individual KPIs (conversion, productivity, revenue contribution).
Drive continuous improvement through real-time feedback and shadowing.
Recognize and reward high performers.
Ensure effective handling of inbound and outbound leads.
Work closely with marketing to understand lead quality and campaign performance.
Prioritize and distribute leads effectively across the team”.
Essential qualifications for the role are:
Preferred educational qualification for the role is a graduate degree in Hotel management or any other related degree
Minimum experience of (5 to 8) years is required for this role .
