Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, generate business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and build solid relationships with clients and property developers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through various channels and ensure effective follow-up.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Train and mentor sales executives to improve their performance.
Develop sales strategies based on market trends and customer requirements.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
Robust team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
