Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and skilled networks.
Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Negotiate job offers, compensation, and perks packages with chosen applicants.
Promote employer branding to maintain a positive candidate experience. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS software and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
Soft Skills: Robust verbal communication, active listening, and time-management abilities.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of local employment laws and fair hiring practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
