Accounts Payable
Invoice Verification: Match vendor invoices with quotes & purchase orders.
Multifreight Entry: Post undisputed invoices in the system.
Invoice Approval: Approve invoices as per payment terms.
Charge Clarifications: Coordinate internally for additional charges.
Dispute Resolution: Follow up with vendors for discrepancies and maintain query log.




Payment Processing: Handle electronic transfers, payments & check runs.
Payment Monitoring: Ensure timely payment of dues.
Vendor Management: Maintain updated vendor records

Accounts Receivables
Invoice Generation: Create invoices based on quotes
Internal Coordination: Confirm additional charges before billing
Timely Billing: Send invoices promptly to customers
Payment Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve issues
Collections: Follow up consistently until payment is received
AR Aging Review: Monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections
Customer Records: Maintain accurate AR files and documentation

General Ledger Accounting

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and all other accounts weekly for 100% matched accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
