Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
