Relationship Building: Establish ties with fleet owners, local corporate transport desks, and individual clients to secure recurring workshop business.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with workshop service advisors and the front-desk team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and campaign alignment.
Market Tracking: Gather local competitor intelligence, pricing strategies for servicing, and report daily field visit logs to management
