Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven qualified to manage retreat partner acquisition, performance marketing, CRM-based conversions and customer engagement across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard and manage Ayurvedic retreat partners.
Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta, SEO and email campaigns.
Analyse customer funnels and improve lead-to-booking conversions.
Manage CRM follow-ups, chat enquiries and telephony channels.
Monitor promotions, pricing and partner service standards.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development or Growth.
Experience in Travel Tech,
E-commerce, Hospitality, Wellness or marketplace businesses preferred.
Knowledge of CRM, web analytics and digital advertising platforms.
Robust English communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
