Key Responsibilities:
Possess sound knowledge of engineering plastics and their processing techniques.
Ensure smooth production operations while maintaining product quality and process efficiency.
Have a positive understanding of automotive industry requirements related to plastic components.
Manage and maintain customer-specific documents, specifications, and records.
Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations and production targets.
Support customer audits, process validations, and implementation of customer-specific requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
Experience in engineering plastics or injection molding is preferred.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of automotive quality standards will be an added advantage.
