Purchase Activities
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, dispatch, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA, and Accounts departments for material requirements.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, supplier details, and procurement documents.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
Handle import procurement activities, documentation, and coordination with logistics/EXIM teams.
Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, invoice mismatches, and delivery delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies, budget approvals, and statutory requirements.

Stores Activities
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against PO and delivery documents.
Maintain proper material inward and outward records in ERP/manual registers.




Ensure proper storage and identification of materials to avoid damage or mix-up.
Issue materials to production departments based on Approved Material requests.
Monitor stock levels and replenishment.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain FIFO practices wherever applicable.
Handle scrap, rejected, and non-moving materials appropriately.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the stores area.
Prepare daily/monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

Required Skills
Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
ERP knowledge preferred.
Positive negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and suppliers.
Knowledge of GST, HSN codes, and basic documentation processes.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
