Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and development.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Plant Maintenance modules to align with business processes.
Robust knowledge of system integration and data flow within SAP environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to plant maintenance operations.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
