Main responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager with sales plans and strategies.
Set, monitor, and help achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Supervise, motivate, and coach sales executives.
Track individual and team sales performance.
Generate leads and develop recent customer/business prospects.
Maintain relationships with existing and key customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments.
Help recruit and train current sales employees.
Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.
Take charge of the sales team when the Sales Manager is unavailable
