Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and manage team performance. The ideal candidate will balance leadership with hands‑on involvement in production and catalog design workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day‑to‑day production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor quality standards and maintain eco‑friendly compliance.
Coordinate with design and catalog teams to preserve original product aesthetics.
Train, guide,



and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
Maintain records, reports, and ensure timely delivery schedules.
Implement safety and efficiency practices across operations.

Qualifications
2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/packaging preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of eco‑friendly materials and sustainable practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
