Handle breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of Fette and Kilian compression machines. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure maximum machine availability. Perform major/minor overhauling of Fette and Kilian compression machines. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. Ensure timely maintenance of critical machine components, assemblies, and utilities. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize machine downtime. Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists, and equipment history. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety requirements, and maintenance procedures. Support machine installation, commissioning, qualification, and performance improvement activities. Monitor spare-parts requirements and coordinate for timely availability. Suggest and implement modifications/improvements to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
