Production & Packing Operations
Oversee day-to-day packaging operations for formulation products.
Ensure smooth execution of packing activities as per production planning.
Operate and supervise blister packing and related packing machines.
Ensure proper line setup, changeover, and machine operation during packing activities.
Monitor packing activities to achieve production targets within timelines.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during all packing activities.
Maintain proper batch packing records and documentation accuracy.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for line clearance and in-process checks.
Ensure packaging processes meet required quality standards.
Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions for audit observations.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and supervise packing operators and workers.
Provide training on GMP, SOPs, safety practices,
and packing procedures.
Monitor manpower utilization and maintain discipline in the department.
Conduct performance evaluations of packing personnel.
Equipment & Material Management
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of blister packing machines and related equipment.
Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance departments for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Monitor availability and consumption of packaging materials.
Raise material requisitions and coordinate with stores/procurement as required.
Qualification: any Graduation
Note : Have experience Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
