Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager with a solid background in Civil Construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all client and subcontractor invoicing, quantity estimations, and material reconciliations to maintain project financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process RA Bills for clients and sub-contractors.
Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Conduct detailed Rate Analysis for extra items or deviations.
Perform Material Reconciliation (cement, steel, etc.) against actual site execution.
Joint measurement recording with client/consultant representatives.
Coordinate with project sites and the finance team for smooth cash flow.
