About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Follow company policies, processes,



and customer service standards.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of customer support experience can apply.
Prior experience in Warehouse, customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
