Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment.

Partner with business leaders on HR initiatives.

Handle onboarding, confirmations, and exits.

Manage employee relations and engagement.

Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave.

Drive performance management.

Maintain HRMS and MIS reports.

Lead and mentor the HR team.

Improve HR processes continuously.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced HR qualified with expertise in HR Generalist and HR Business Partnering functions, specializing in talent acquisition, who can support business growth and lead day-to-day HR activities.
