Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise storage platforms using NetApp and Pure Storage.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage and backup-related incidents.
Handle ServiceNow incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure operational SLAs are consistently met.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain system reliability and performance.
Storage Operations Engineer (NetApp & Pure Storage)
Experience in automating repetitive operational tasks using scripting or automation tools to improve team efficiency is highly desirable.
Robust communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adopting new technologies are essential for success in this role.
