Job Summary

The F&B; Steward is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, banquets, and other dining areas of the hotel. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a skilled and courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained during service.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
Assist in banquet and event service when required.
Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:



Graduate (any discipline).
Age: Up to 25 years .
Location: Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
Experience: 02 years in hospitality or F&B; service (Freshers can apply).

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Teamwork and coordination.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
