Experience with backup, recovery, and restore operations across enterprise environments including File-system,SQL, Oracle, Windows, Linux.
Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
Experience with virtual workplace backups including Hyper-V.
Understanding of backup policies, retention management, and storage optimization.
Experience supporting Windows and Linux server backup environments.
Knowledge of SAN, NAS, and enterprise storage technologies.
Familiarity with cloud backup and recovery solutions.




Experience with backup performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Understanding of data protection, compliance, and information security requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with monitoring and reporting tools within Commvault settings.
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
