Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting showroom walk-in customers, building relationships with architects, builders, and contractors, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate must possess robust communication skills, excellent product knowledge, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable tile solutions (Floor, Wall, Vitrified, Ceramic).
B2B Network Building: Connect with local architects, interior designers, and contractors to secure bulk project orders.
Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tile specifications, finishes, sizes, durability, and pricing.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare accurate price quotes, negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up on pending payments.




Showroom Maintenance: Ensure display areas are neatly organized, clean, and stocked with the latest product lines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Compensation & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 / month with incentive (Commensurate with experience)
