Salary: 25,000–40,000 + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities

Run and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads*.

Generate quality leads* for AI, Real Estate, Financial Services and Training businesses.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Create and coordinate posts, reels, creatives and ad content*.
Monitor campaigns, CPL and lead quality and optimise performance.
Track leads and prepare basic marketing reports.

Use AI tools* for content creation, research and marketing automation.
Requirements

Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads*.
Valuable understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
Basic Canva/content creation skills.
Analytical and result-oriented mindset.
Positive communication skills.

Preference: Candidates with proven lead-generation results in Real Estate, Education, Finance or B2B services.Role & responsibilities
