Conduct calls and communicate with existing and potential customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and other sources.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
Maintain and regularly update customer and lead databases.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, product information, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and other requirements.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain qualified relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales-support targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
