Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Riser (Food & Beverage Room Service Order Taker) to join our team. The role involves handling in-room dining orders efficiently while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Take in-room dining orders over the telephone in a explicit and skilled manner
Suggest menu items and promote upselling opportunities
Accurately record and process guest orders
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery
Handle guest queries and requests courteously
Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass (mandatory)




Diploma/Certification in Hospitality preferred
Willing to pursue graduation
Age: 1822 years
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
Freshers can apply

Skills Required
Positive communication skills (English proficiency required)
