Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Room Service Order Taker to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling in-room dining orders while ensuring exceptional guest service and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Take guest orders for in-room dining over the telephone in a explicit and professional manner
Suggest menu items and upsell where appropriate
Accurately record and process orders in the system
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints courteously
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria




Graduate (mandatory)
Age: Below 25 years
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
Freshers can apply (experience in hospitality is an added advantage)

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills (English proficiency required)
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
Basic computer knowledge
