Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require you to engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualified & Technical Skills:-
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Sitecore Commerce.- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.- Robust understanding of API integrations and web services.- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
