Software design, development experience in RAN products/features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 domain with focus on Multiuser Massive MIMO Scheduler.
Knowledge of Massive MIMO technology.
Experience in Layer 2 Scheduler/MAC areas, Basic knowledge of 5G NR, RLC/FAPI.
C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization workplace.
Authoring design documents/ delivering BL items.
Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of AI/ML methods
