Role & Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory activities.
Handle IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patching.
Maintain IT asset records and support hardware/software inventory management.
14 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support.
Positive knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
ITIL knowledge or relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
