Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Developer with robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, integrations, and platform configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM and other key modules.
Design and configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Work with IntegrationHub and Orchestration where required.
Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to ServiceNow development teams.
Must-Have Skills
10–14 years of overall IT experience.
7–9 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
Around 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead.
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and key modules.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM / CSM / Event Management / Discovery – Mandatory.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
