Role & responsibilities
Act as a proactive business partner with a strong operational mindset.
Build and maintain effective relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts (Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers).
Report and analyze key financial KPIs such as WIP/BIA, revenue, and costs.
Analyze budget versus forecast variances across the project portfolio.
Perform monthly closing activities, including result analysis and presentations to Service Delivery Managers, Engagement Managers, Market Unit leadership, and Finance Management.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense booking, provisions, reservations, and corrections to project costs and revenues during monthly close.
Explain variances between actuals and forecasts with clear analysis.
Interface with onshore and offshore delivery controlling teams to review and challenge cost containment measures and productivity cost commitments.
Update and maintain financial and reporting tools accurately and timely.




Monitor and control WIP/BIA positions and ensure timely client billing.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and policies.
Support business partners in coordinating with Sales and Analyst teams for current client proposals, ensuring process adherence.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid understanding of project controlling and its impact on financial statements.
Handson experience with SAP S/4 HANA (minimum 2 years).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level including macros, data modeling, and queries), MS Access, and Power BI.
