We are looking for an Instructional Designer developing learning solutions for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex SAP processes into transparent, engaging, and learner-friendly training content.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT), e-learning courses, job aids, system simulations, and short/drip-feed learning videos.
Develop SAP training and performance-support content using SAP Enable Now.
Create engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline and animated videos using Vyond.
Collaborate with SMEs, functional teams, and training leads to understand SAP processes and learning requirements.
Incorporate feedback and ensure training deliverables meet quality and project standards.
Manage multiple deliverables in a quick-paced SAP transformation setting.
