We're hiring an Operations Manager to oversee production and supply chain execution for a premium home textiles brand with in-house manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Production in-charge (factory floor oversight)
Quality control oversight
Vendor coordination
Daily purchase decisions
Requirements:
Senior, able to work semi-independently
Manufacturing/production background required
Solid ownership mindset — this is our highest-accountability operations role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
