Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets and promote aged stock.
Cross-sell products to HNI customers across categories.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Educate customers on product features and Malabar Promises
Manage online orders, packing, and secure transactions.
Promote schemes and assist customers with enrollments and purchases.
Coordinate customer orders via OMS software
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Perform daily stock tally and ensure secure handling.
Support visual merchandising and product displays.
Generate leads and invite customers to events and exhibitions.
Assist in marketing campaigns and competitor analysis.
Follow grooming standards and store SOPs.
Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service and sales experience preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail systems.
