Function: Sales Business Development

Key Responsibilities
- Drive current business development across Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance and Project Logistics.
Identify, approach and onboard new customers and key corporate accounts.
Achieve assigned Revenue, Gross Profit (GP) and volume targets.
Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and increased business share.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through customer meetings, networking and market mapping.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate rates, and close business opportunities.
Work closely with Pricing,



Operations and Customer Service teams for competitive solutions and smooth execution.
Monitor customer profitability, credit exposure, and collections.
Track market trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Submit periodic sales pipeline, Revenue and GP reports to management.
