To support the development and enhancement of the QA IT system, addressing customer requests and improving operational efficiency in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities Phase 1 High Priority Development
Develop and implement solutions for the Top 5 high-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.
Collaborate with QA and AE teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Phase 2 Broader System Enhancements
Address the remaining 41 QA software requests.
Ensure system improvements align with quality management goals.

Phase 3 System Integration
Assist in merging and harmonizing all QA applications into a single, comprehensive system.
Support testing, validation, and deployment of the integrated platform.

General Duties
Participate in system design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.




Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders.
Provide technical support and training to QA users as needed.

Required Qualifications
Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java, Spring boot, SQL, Oracle, Python and etc).
Experience with databases and system integration.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance settings.
Knowledge of customer complaint management systems.
Ability to work independently and managemultipletasks

Qualification Experience
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in software development.

Preferred Candidate
Nationality: Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
Availability: Candidates who can join immediately to 15days'' notice.
